Golden Steer explicitly groups its two recorded cuts as dinners for two and lists accompaniments; its porterhouse also carries a limited-availability note. A minimum-order amount and an additional-ounce rate describe two parts of the bill. For a confirmed order above the minimum, add the extra ounces multiplied by their quoted rate to the minimum amount. Do not reconstruct the starting price by multiplying the minimum weight by the additional-ounce rate.

Carversteak’s two formats/program names, Golden Steer’s two dinner formats and Barry’s two portions/prices were reconfirmed. Carversteak’s retrieved web menu publishes no prices for the two entries. SW returned an access error; all five SW rows are clearly labeled earlier records rather than current offers.

Prices are in USD and may change. These comparisons cover the recorded steaks, not full dining bills or complete menus. Confirm the offered weight, availability, minimum order, accompaniments and any additional charges. Menu weight does not establish edible yield or a serving count.
