Japanese Wagyu: producer, cut and price
The striploins keep the cut and minimum order alike while changing the named beef program. Moving to the Snow Beef cap changes both producer and cut; its daily-special listing needs a separate availability check.

Set the weight before comparing the bill
At the two-ounce minimum, the striploins differ by $10 per steak order. For a larger order, multiply the chosen ounces by its unit price. Those amounts cover the steak only. The two-ounce minimum is stated for the Japanese Wagyu section; do not assume it also applies to the daily-special cap.
Ask specifically for the Snow Beef ribeye cap: the regular menu separately lists a Snow Beef ribeye. For Ozaki, first confirm whether the earlier special is offered, then confirm its format and price. Aging durations are not stated for these four entries, so this comparison is about beef programs and cuts.
