For a confirmed price per pound, multiply the quoted rate by the offered weight in pounds to establish the steak-only total. Ask whether that weight includes the bone and how the order suits your party. Neither the recorded weight nor a serving count is specified for these three entries.

True Galiciana has an explicit per-pound quote. Charolais needs a billing-unit check first. For Vaca Vieja, first confirm whether it is offered at all, then confirm the current price and unit.
